Reviewed enacted text. The HB 340 enrolled copy states an effective date of May 7, 2025. Its definition includes a maximum output of 1,200 W and specific connection, certification and protection requirements. This site has not independently checked every later codification or implementation change.

New Jersey
Signing confirmed; implementation details not fully reviewed. The Governor's announcement confirms signing on September 1, 2026. The announcement alone is not enough to establish every effective-date or equipment condition.

- The exact equipment model and full system documentation.
- Certification documents identifying that equipment and intended use.
- Rated output, connection type and the manufacturer's outage behavior.
- The property location, proposed mounting and any owner or landlord conditions.
